On Friday, January 25, 2019, investigators with the Department’s Street Crimes Division executed a Search Warrant at a residence in the 3800 block of Crockett Street.
The warrant, issued by District Court Judge Brad Goodwin, named 33-year-old Roy Flores to be in possession of methamphetamine at the residence.
Flores was located inside the residence and detained during the search, which yielded the discovery and seizure of a quantity of Methamphetamine, Heroin, and assorted drug paraphernalia. Investigators also requested Child Protective Services Officials to the scene to assist with a child who was inside the residence prior to the search.
Flores was arrested for an outstanding Parole Warrant as well as 2nd Degree Felony Manufacture Delivery of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1.
Members of the Department’s Patrol Division, Lake Police, K-9 Unit, Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office and the Center for Tactical Medicine assisted with Friday’s operation.
