Investigation Leads to Arrest of Murder Suspect

David Rodriguez (23yoa) was arrested on 1/21/22 in relation to a warrant that stemmed from a Homicide (Victim: Jacob Hernandez) that occurred on 5/26/21 in the 2400blk of North Lillie. The SAPD’s Criminal Investigation Division developed David as a suspect and a warrant for “Murder” was issued for his arrest. This incident is still being actively investigated and additional information will be released once it’s concluded.
