On Friday, June 26, 2020, investigators with the San Angelo Police Department’s Street Crimes Division executed a Search Warrant at an apartment located in the 2500 block of Sweetbriar Drive.
The warrant, issued by Justice of the Peace J.P. McGuire, named 29-year-old Dexter Lewis to be in possession of a controlled substance at the residence.
Investigators located and seized approximately fifty grams (50) of suspected Cocaine as well as drug paraphernalia associated with drug trafficking. A firearm was also located during the search.
Lewis was charged with First Degree Felony Manufacture Delivery of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1.
The Department’s Anti-Crime Units assisted with Friday’s Warrant Operation.
