Press Release #043014(16)-Update to Missing Endangered Juvenile Daniel Perez

The San Angelo Police Department has continued to search for 15-year-old Daniel Perez who was reported missing yesterday.  Yesterday, police conducted a ground and water search near the Irving Street Bridge where Daniel was last seen.   The search continued until daylight expired and resumed this morning.  In addition to San Angelo Police Department Lake Patrol officers, officers from the Texas Game Wardens also assisted with an additional watercraft search of an expanded area along the river.  At the time of this release, police have not located Daniel or any evidence from the ground or water search.

 

Detectives with the San Angelo Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division have conducted interviews with Daniel's acquaintances, family members and school's faculty members. 

 

Daniel was the subject of a Missing Endangered Juvenile Alert that was issued yesterday evening.  Daniel was last seen on April 28 at approximately 5:30 p.m.  To view the original alert visit: https://local.nixle.com/alert/5189029/
