Adam Scott

Adam Scott was hired by the San Angelo Police Department in October 2004 and served as a patrolman prior to being promoted to Sergeant in 2011.  He then served as a Patrol Sergeant on multiple shifts for 5 years before being promoted to Lieutenant in 2016.  Assistant Chief Scott held numerous Shift Commander positions on patrol and continued to be a member of the Special Weapons and Tactics Team (SWAT) until being appointed Assistant Chief in July 2024.  Assistant Chief Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Angelo State University and earned his Master Peace Officer license in 2013.
