On December 3, 2018, members of the SAPD Street Crimes Division applied for and executed a search warrant in the 400 block of East 22nd Street.
The search yielded approximately 8 grams of heroin along with items that are consistent with narcotic distribution.
Debbie Gaitan, 48, was arrested and charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1, 4-200 grams.
