Today, members of the San Angelo Police Department’s Street Crimes Division, K-9 Unit, and Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigations Division executed a Search and Arrest Warrant at a residence located in the 600 block of W. 16th Street.
The warrant, issued by Justice of the Peace Judge Eddie Howard, named thirty five-year-old Frank Anthony Fay, Jr. to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine. Fay was located at the residence and taken into custody without incident.
During a search of the residence, Investigators located and seized approximately 40 grams of crack cocaine, items commonly used in drug trafficking, approximately $600.00 in U.S. Currency, and a rifle with ammunition.
Fay was transported to the Tom Green County Jail and charged with Felony 1 Manufacture Delivery of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 and Felon in Possession of Firearm.
