A 52-year-old San Angelo man located deceased inside a residence on E. 20th Street Monday afternoon has been identified as Macario Perales of San Angelo.
Officers responded to the home shortly after noon on October 8, 2018. Justice of the Peace J. P McGuire responded and formally pronounced Perales deceased and ordered Perales’s body to be transported to Lubbock, Texas for autopsy.
Preliminary findings indicate Perales suffered a medical complication and narcotics overdose.
