Joel Fincher

Officer Fincher graduated from Sonora High School and attended ASU. He proudly served in the US Coast Guard for four years. After being honorably discharged, he worked two years with the Macomb County Sheriff's Dept in Michigan and later served four years with the Dallas Texas PD. He joined the San Angelo Police Dept. in 2008 and was selected as a K9 Handler in 2011. He comes from a family of law enforcement officers, as both of his brothers and his father are also Texas lawmen. His K9 partner is Fritz.
