Wednesday, December 20, 2017 — This afternoon, members of the San Angelo Police Department Street Crimes Division, Criminal Investigation Division, K-9 Division, and Center for Tactical Medicine executed a search warrant at a home in the 1800 block of S. Hill Street.
A search of the residence was conducted and quantities of heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, paraphernalia, packaging materials, and two firearms were all discovered.
Officers arrested the following subjects at the residence:
- Frank Mayo, 52 years of age, for Felony 2 Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1 (heroin).
- Rudy Santellano, 32 years of age, for Class C Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia.
- Cody Salazar, 27 years of age, for Felony 3 Possession of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1 (methamphetamine) and State Jail Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 2 (amphetamine).
- Cheyanne Jackson, 31 years of age, for assorted warrants.
