Public's Help Sought in Identifying City Hall Art Theft Suspect

The San Angelo Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying the man featured in these photos and videos. 

On December 30, 2016, the man stole a painting from the 4th floor of San Angelo City Hall, 72 West College Avenue.  The painting isvalued at approximately $9,000.00. 

The man appears to be Caucasian, over 60, with salt-and-pepper hair.  He was wearing a black western hat, brown jacket, light-colored long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and dark boots. 

After removing the painting, the man exited City Hall with the painting concealed in his jacket, walked across the street, and left in a dark-colored older model pickup.
