Just after 2:00 p.m. yesterday, the San Angelo Police Department's Special Operations Section observed Eric J. Martinez (DOB 09-08-89) as a passenger traveling in a white Buick LeSabre in the area of 17th St. and N. The three other suspects previously arrested, Fernando Lavaris Jr. (DOB 06-19-86), Eliza [AKA Lisa] Losoya (DOB 02-23-87), and Jonathan Jesse Marin (DOB 02-28-89) remain in the Tom Green County Jail on the same charge.
