January 27, 2020 — Investigators with the San Angelo Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division have obtained a Warrant of Arrest for Robert Arambula Jr. for the charge of Murder in connection to the January 26, 2020 fatal stabbing of 26-year-old Rhyheme Talton during an altercation at the Stripes convenience store located at 1322 South Bryant Boulevard.
Arambula has black or shaved hair, brown eyes, he is 5’07” and approximately 160 lbs. Arambula has ties in and around the San Angelo area as well as Dallas, Texas. Arambula is considered armed and dangerous.
