Christopher Wise (35yoa) was arrested on 11/22/22 in relation to a warrant that stemmed from a Homicide (Victim: Christine Feland) that occurred on 11/08/2022 in the 1200 block of West Avenue M. The SAPD’s Criminal Investigation Division developed Wise as a suspect and a warrant for “Murder” was issued for his arrest. This incident is still being actively investigated and further information will be released when it is available.
