Last week, Detectives with the Department’s Street Crimes Division executed a Search Warrant at a residence in the 2400 block of Junius Street.
The warrant, issued by Justice of the Peace Eddie Howard, named 21-year-old Michael Orozco to be in possession of narcotics at the residence.
Orozco was located at the residence and detained during the search where Investigators located and seized a quantity of Cocaine, suspected psilocybin mushrooms, suspected MDMA, marijuana, a large quantity of THC wax and liquid, two (2) firearms, narcotic distribution paraphernalia, and approximately $6,000.00 in U.S. currency.
Orozco was subsequently charged with Manufacture Delivery of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, and Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2.
The Department’s Patrol Division and the Center for Tactical Medicine assisted with the operation.
