Press Release #042415(13)-Police Search for Man Exposing Himself in Public Areas

On April 6, 2015 at approximately 5:40 pm, Police responded to the 6600 block of Knickerbocker near the KOA camp ground for a report of indecent exposure.  A 16 year old male reported while walking in the area, he was approached by a Hispanic male subject in a car.  The male subject asked the victim if he wanted a ride.  The victim did not respond and continued to walk.  The male subject pulled up next to the victim a second time and exposed his genitals to the victim and then drove away.

 

On April 20, 2015 at approximately 7:42 pm, Police took a report for indecent exposure that occurred in the 1100 block of Shiloh.  A 15 year old male reported he had been walking home from school on Shiloh when he noticed a male subject following him in a vehicle.  The victim reported the male subject drove up next to him and showed him his genitals before driving away.

 

In both incidents, neither of the victims recognized the male subject, and they gave the same description of the vehicle and the male subject.  The vehicle is described as a medium sized 2008 to 2010 four door passenger car that is grayish blue in color.  The male subject was described as being a medium sized Hispanic male 25-30 years of age.
